She began her journey in the education industry at the age of 21 and has since accumulated more than 40 years of experience, becoming the driving force behind the Group’s vision, philosophy, and long-term development.
In 1999, she founded SIM with a clear mission to provide holistic and meaningful education. Since its inception, she has pioneered an approach that integrates academic excellence, emotional intelligence, character building, and strong family values — shaping the unique identity and growth of the organisation.
Renowned for her hands-on leadership and heartfelt communication, Madam Lee has devoted her life to nurturing not only students, but also educators and families. Dr. Goh Ka Tin is the visionary Founder, Franchisor, and Chief Executive Officer of the D’MONTE Group of Childcare & Development Centres. With more than 30 years of involvement in early childhood education, she has grown D’MONTE into a trusted brand with more than 30 outlets across Malaysia.
Throughout her career, Dr. Goh has remained deeply committed to raising the standards of preschool and childcare services in Malaysia. Under her leadership, the D’MONTE Group places a strong emphasis on quality, consistency, and continuous improvement, as demonstrated by its long-standing commitment to ISO 9000 certification and annual audits.
Dr. Goh’s leadership philosophy is rooted in nurturing every child’s potential in a safe, structured, and stimulating environment — while also empowering educators with the tools, training, and systems to succeed. Mr. Winston Yeoh is the Group CEO of SIM Education Group and D’MONTE Group. Since beginning his journey in the education field in 2007, he has led the transformation of SIM from a small home-based tuition class into a dynamic education network with four branches and more than 100 educators.
He plays a pivotal role in shaping the Group’s strategic direction, championing the integration of e-learning, experiential learning, character development, and hybrid education systems. Under his leadership, SIM introduced its guiding philosophy, “Seeding IQ & EQ Mindset,” which nurtures both academic excellence and emotional intelligence in students.
He is also the visionary behind MYMURID.COM, SIM’s proprietary Online & Hybrid Learning Management System, developed to meet the evolving needs of modern learners and educators.

Ms. Merry Yew Pei Qi serves as the General Manager of SIM Education Group, where she leads the organisation in delivering quality, accessible, and innovative education across Malaysia. She believes that while strong systems create structure, it is people who bring heart, energy, and meaning to education — and both are essential for lasting impact.
With a solid background in business operations, education management, and team development, she plays a key role in aligning the Group’s vision with its daily practices. Her work focuses on building collaborative teams, refining effective processes, and creating an environment where both educators and students can thrive.
She is also instrumental in driving SIM’s franchise expansion, developing training frameworks, and strengthening academic quality standards. For Ms. Yew, leadership in education goes beyond organisational management — it is about nurturing a community where educators are empowered, students are inspired, and the future is built with purpose and care.
